Why we exist

Cross-border settlement, without the reconciliation problem

Businesses that trade internationally commonly hold value in two places at once: fiat in a bank, and stablecoins on-chain. Moving between them usually means reconciling statements from several providers, and trusting a balance nobody can independently verify.

Mikupay is built around the opposite assumption. Your fiat activity and your digital asset activity sit in one account, on one statement, with every charge itemised separately. When you reconcile your records against ours, the two should agree line by line.

We work with a deliberately small, known client base. Accounts are opened by an account manager after onboarding review, and transactions are reviewed against what we understand about your business before funds move.

What your records give you

  • Every fee is its own entry

Charges are never netted off silently, so you can see exactly what was deducted and why.

  • Pending is not spendable

Entries held for review are visible but do not count toward your available balance.

  • Corrections are recorded

If something needs correcting, the correction is recorded as its own entry, so you can see what changed and why.

  • Platform-wide audit trail

Operational actions are logged with actor, action, entity and time.

How it works

From onboarding to settlement

A clear path from opening an account to moving funds on-chain.

01

Open your account

An account manager reviews your requirements and completes onboarding. Credentials are issued, and you set your own password with two-factor authentication on first sign-in.

02

Fund by wire

We allocate a dedicated USD receiving account to you, so the account number is what identifies your funds. The wire is credited to your ledger and appears on your statement with the sending bank — typically within 1–3 business days of the bank releasing it.

03

Hold or convert

Your balance updates from the ledger. Convert to USDT when you are ready, at the published rate, or hold in USD until you need to settle.

04

Settle on-chain

Request a payout as USDT over TRC-20. Once approved, it is broadcast and the transaction hash is recorded against the request for your records.

Controls

How your account is protected

The measures that operate on every account, described as mechanisms rather than slogans.

Reviewed onboarding

Every client and beneficial owner is verified before an account is activated, and information is refreshed when circumstances change.

Transaction monitoring

Activity is reviewed against what we understand about your business. Unusual activity is examined, and can be escalated.

Segregation of duties

Onboarding, review and payout approval are handled under separate roles rather than by a single operator.

Access control

A code sent to your email is required when you sign in from an unfamiliar device, sessions are revocable, and access is role-restricted.

Audit trail

Every operational action is recorded with the actor, the action, the entity affected and the time.

Documentary verification

Identity information is submitted as documents and assessed by our compliance team against our verification requirements.

Fees

Published, predictable pricing

Our fee schedule is public. Network costs are passed through at cost rather than marked up.

Who we serve

Business clients, by invitation

We provide accounts to business entities rather than to the general public. There is no self-service sign-up: an account manager assesses each relationship, and onboarding and verification are completed before an account is activated.

That model suits businesses that need a USD receiving account together with the ability to settle on-chain — and that value a provider which can evidence what it did and when.

What to expect when you apply

  1. 1

    Initial discussion

We establish your requirements, the currencies and volumes involved, and how you intend to use the account.

  2. 2

    Onboarding and verification

We collect and review the information needed to identify your business, its ownership and its activity.

  3. 3

    Account creation

Your account is created and credentials are issued. You set your own password and confirm a code sent to your email address.

  4. 4

    Receiving account allocation

Your account manager allocates your dedicated USD receiving details, and they appear in your portal.

  5. 5

    First funding

You send a wire. We match it to your account, post it to your ledger, and notify you when it clears.

Questions

Common questions

Can I open an account myself?

No. Accounts are opened by an account manager on an invitation basis, after onboarding and verification. That review is a requirement of the business we operate in, not a limitation.

How do I get money onto the platform?

By USD bank wire to the dedicated receiving account we allocate to you. We do not currently support other funding methods, and the credit appears in your ledger once the wire has settled.

How do I get money out?

Request a withdrawal of your available balance as USDT over TRC-20. Requests are reviewed before payout, then broadcast on-chain. On-chain transfers are irreversible, so confirm the destination address before submitting.

How are fees charged?

Every charge is posted to your ledger as its own entry, so fees are individually visible and reconcilable rather than netted off silently. We do not apply a spread to the reference conversion rate.
