Fee schedule — Business accounts
Every charge that can apply to a business account, itemised.
Account
One-time and recurring account charges.
| Account opening | Quoted at onboarding | Confirmed in writing before your account is activated. No charge is applied without your agreement. |
| Monthly account fee | None | No recurring maintenance fee. |
| Inactive account fee | None | |
| Account closure | Free | Any outstanding balance is returned to you through the original payment channel. |
Funding (money in)
How funds reach your account.
| Incoming bank wire (USD) | Free | No platform fee to receive a wire. Your sending bank may apply its own charges. |
| Deposit handling | Free | A wire that arrives in your receiving account is credited to it, because that account is yours alone. Nothing is charged for recording it. |
| Returned or recalled transfer | At cost | Any bank charge levied on a returned, recalled or reversed transfer is passed through without markup. |
Conversion
Moving between your USD balance and USDT.
| USD to USDT | 0.5% | Applied to the converted amount. No spread is added to the underlying reference rate. |
| USDT to USD | 0.5% | The same rate applies in the reverse direction, subject to the receiving network. |
Payments out
Settling your balance by USDT transfer or by bank wire.
| Payment service fee | 0.5% | Charged per request, whichever method you choose. |
| USDT network fee (TRC-20) | $1.00 | A fixed network cost passed through at cost. It can change with TRON energy prices. |
| Bank wire fee | $15.00 | Charged on bank transfers instead of a network fee. Your receiving bank may apply its own charges. |
| Minimum payment | $100.00 | Requests below this amount are not accepted, on either method. |
| Maximum per request | Subject to review | Large amounts may require additional verification before payment. |
| Settlement methods | USDT · TRC-20 or bank wire | USDT is paid on-chain; bank transfers are paid to the account you nominate. |
Virtual cards
Virtual USD cards for online spending.
| Card application | Free | No charge to apply, and no charge if an application is not approved. |
| Card issuance | Quoted on approval | Confirmed before a card is issued. |
| Monthly card fee | None |
Other charges
Exceptional items only.
| Cross-currency transfer | Quoted per transaction | Non-USD transfers are quoted individually, including the applicable exchange rate. |
| Manual investigation or trace | At cost | Charged only where you ask us to request a bank trace or manual recall. We tell you the cost first. |
| Statements and reporting | Free | Available from your client portal at any time. |
Amounts are in USD unless stated otherwise. Network fees are set by the underlying blockchain and are passed through at cost rather than marked up. Where a charge depends on your individual relationship, it is quoted and agreed in writing before it is applied.
- 1The service fee is charged on the amount you request, and the flat fee for the method you choose is charged on top of it. The two are shown separately on your statement rather than netted into a single figure.
- 2The network fee is what it costs us to send on-chain. It moves with TRON energy prices, so the figure shown is the one currently applied and not a fixed rate.
- 3Your sending or receiving bank may apply its own charges. Those are outside our control and are not collected by us.
- 4We give notice before a fee changes, and you can close your account without charge if you do not accept a change. Fees already applied to completed transactions are never revised retroactively.
- 5Where a charge is quoted rather than fixed, you are told the amount and asked to agree to it before the work is done. Nothing is applied to your balance without your agreement.
What every account includes
No separate line items for the basics.
How fees are charged
- • Percentage fees are calculated on the transaction amount and shown before you confirm.
- • Network fees are fixed per payout and passed through at cost, not marked up.
- • Every charge is posted to your ledger as its own entry, so fees are separately visible and reconcilable.
- • We do not apply a spread to the reference conversion rate.
- • Fee changes are published on this page before they take effect.
