Submitting a request
- 1Open Withdraw in your client portal.
- 2Choose USDT over TRC-20 as the payout method.
- 3Enter the amount in USD. The minimum is $100.00.
- 4Select a saved wallet address, or paste a TRC-20 address.
- 5Review the fee shown before confirming.
- 6Submit the request for review.
Review and payout
Every request is reviewed before payout. Once approved, the payout is broadcast on-chain and the transaction hash is recorded against your withdrawal. You can follow the status in your portal.
Statuses you may see
- Pending — submitted, awaiting review.
- Processing — approved and being broadcast on-chain.
- Completed — settled on-chain, with a transaction hash.
- Rejected — not approved; the reason is shown on the request.
Other payout methods
Withdrawals can also be paid as a bank transfer to a saved bank account. Bank transfer payouts settle through the banking system rather than on-chain, and carry a different flat fee. See How to withdraw by bank transfer for the details.
