What you pay
- Service fee: 0.5% of the withdrawal amount. This applies to both payout methods.
- Flat fee, USDT over TRC-20: $1.00, for the TRC-20 network, passed through at cost.
- Flat fee, bank transfer: $15.00, covering the outgoing bank wire.
- Minimum withdrawal: $100.00, whichever method you choose.
Worked examples
- USDT over TRC-20 — withdrawing $2,000.00: service fee $10.00 + network fee $1.00 = $11.00 in fees, and $1,989.00 sent to your wallet.
- Bank transfer — withdrawing $2,000.00: service fee $10.00 + bank wire fee $15.00 = $25.00 in fees, and $1,975.00 sent to your bank account.
Why the flat fee differs by method
A TRC-20 payout costs the network fee charged for broadcasting the transfer. A bank transfer costs the charges our bank applies to an outgoing wire, which are higher and are not set by the blockchain. The percentage service fee is the same either way.
