Choosing the right withdrawal address

TRC-20 addresses only — sending to the wrong network can lose your funds.

Check before you submit

  • Your address must be a TRC-20 (Tron) address, normally beginning with “T”.
  • The receiving wallet or exchange must support USDT on TRC-20.
  • Never use an ERC-20 or BEP-20 address.

We cannot reverse on-chain transfers

Once a payout is broadcast, it is irreversible. A transfer sent to an address on the wrong network, or to an address you do not control, cannot be recalled by us.

If you are unsure, send a small test amount first.
