Saved payout destinations

Save the wallets and bank accounts you pay out to, and reuse them.

Your address book holds the destinations you withdraw to. Instead of typing an address or bank details on every request, you save each destination once with a label you recognise, then select it when you withdraw.

Two kinds of destination

  • USDT addresses — one list for TRC-20 wallet addresses, used for on-chain payouts.
  • Bank accounts — one list for wire details (account holder, bank, account number or IBAN, SWIFT / BIC and country).

A bank account can only be used for a bank transfer payout, and a wallet address can only be used for a USDT payout.

Managing destinations

  • Add a destination with a label, so the request is easy to recognise later.
  • Edit a saved destination if a bank moves you to a new account number.
  • Remove a destination you no longer use — it disappears from the list you choose from.

Removing a destination does not change past payouts

Each withdrawal request keeps its own copy of the destination as it was when the request was made. Editing or removing a saved destination therefore has no effect on a request that already exists, and it cannot change where money that has already been paid has gone.

Check before you reuse

A saved destination is only as accurate as when it was saved. If your bank or wallet provider has changed anything, update the entry before you submit the next request.
