Before you start
A bank transfer payout needs complete bank details for the receiving account: the account holder name, the bank name, either an IBAN or an account number, the SWIFT / BIC code, and the bank’s country. Save the account in your address book first, or enter the details while submitting the request.
Submitting a request
- 1Open Withdraw in your client portal.
- 2Choose bank transfer as the payout method.
- 3Enter the amount in USD. The minimum is $100.00, the same as for a USDT payout.
- 4Select a saved bank account, or enter the account details.
- 5Check the account holder name, the account number and the SWIFT / BIC code against your bank statement, then review the fee shown before confirming.
- 6Submit the request for review.
Fees
The service fee is 0.5% of the amount, and the flat fee for a bank transfer is $15.00 rather than the lower TRC-20 network fee. The exact total is shown before you confirm. See Withdrawal fees and limits for the full breakdown.
Review and payout
Every request is reviewed before payment, and the account details are checked against the request at that point. Once the transfer has been sent, the bank’s own transfer reference is recorded against your withdrawal so you can trace the payment with your bank. You can follow the status in your portal.
Statuses you may see
- Pending — submitted, awaiting review.
- Processing — approved and being paid out.
- Completed — the bank transfer has been sent, with the bank reference recorded.
- Rejected — not approved; the reason is shown on the request. No funds are deducted.
What we cannot do
The receiving bank may levy its own charges, which we do not control. If any detail of the account is incorrect, contact your account manager before the payout is sent: a transfer that has already been sent has to be resolved with the receiving bank.
