First, allow for settlement
Cross-border wires can take 1–3 business days to clear. International wires routed through correspondent banks may take longer.
Then check these
- You sent to your own dedicated receiving details.
- The currency was USD. Non-USD transfers are returned or quoted separately.
- Your bank has confirmed the wire was actually sent, not merely submitted.
If it is still missing
Contact your account manager with the sending bank, the date, the amount and the wire reference. We can ask our bank to trace it, and our bank may charge for a trace; that charge is passed on at cost and never marked up.
